Eure

Diane Eure was recognized as the Faculty Advisor of the Year for the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) during the fall 2012 semester. The Texas State Chapter of NABA also received an award for Outstanding Student Chapter – Western Region. Diane presented at the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants Accounting Educator’s conference on academic dishonesty. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Accounting.

 

Hale
Janet Riola Hale was one of four faculty designated as master teachers in the McCoy College competition. Recognized as Faculty Advisor of the Year by Texas State University and the Net Impact organization, Janet and the members of McCoy College Bobcat Net Impact earned No.1 global undergraduate Chapter of the Year for a second consecutive year. Hale serves as co-president of the Environment and Sustainability Section of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, an international organization of Business Law professors. She is a senior lecturer in the Department of Finance and Economics.

moffit Kathy Moffitt presented at the fall 2012 Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants Accounting Educators' conference on academic dishonesty. She is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting. 

Ross

Sherry Ross was recognized as Outstanding Faculty Advisor for Beta Alpha Psi’s Kappa Etta Chapter during the 2012 national meeting in Baltimore. Her students placed first in competitions at the regional level and third at the national level. She also received recognition as runner-up for Excellence in Service during 2012 in McCoy College. She is a senior lecturer in the Department of Accounting.
 

 

zigrossi

Sam Zigrossi has converted sections of MGT 4373 Human Resource Management into a hybrid course that meets approximately eight times a semester. During those sessions, the class primarily does group work, projects and case studies. When the class does not meet, there are on-line activities, including forums and answering questions about readings as well as a participation grade. Sam is a lecturer in the Management Department in McCoy College of Business.
